General Manager

We are looking to fill the position of General Manager for a luxury 40+ villa estate in Phuket. Additional estates and a hotel could be added in the future with the same business partner. Therefore this role could evolve into a cluster role.
This position is partially operational to ensure all services are delivered with the highest standards, P&Ps need to be implemented, staff training, villa owners relationship and management by walking around.
The right person is a self-starter, has an entrepreneurial character, able to work independently and Thailand hotel/villa estate experience is a must.
A high level of flexibility and adaptability is required.

Hotel Manager

Kyoto, Japan

The HM will be fully in charge and responsible for the day-to-day operation of the hotel (130 rooms, 2 F&B venues) which is spread over 2 seperate building, next to eachother.
This position reports to the country COO.
The right candidate is currently FOM or DOR and is a self-starter, pro-active person with business sense and focused on guests satisfaction.
English & Japanese language proficiency is a must and flexible shifts may be required based on business demand.
