He has been involved in operations, openings, hotel projects in and outside Japan for international and local groups. Saito is currently actively occupied with a number of consulting projects and owner relationships.

He has in-depth Japan market insights and experiences with companies such as Shangri-La, Ascott, Park Hotels, The Junei and so forth. Has also worked in Singapore and is well-versed in business English.
